Make the issue easy to reproduce
- For an interaction problem: include the page address, browser, device and the step that failed. Use a hypothetical example, not your actual birthday or result.
- For a data correction: name the source, table year, age row and population column. Include a link to the official value and explain the discrepancy.
- For unclear wording: quote the sentence and say what it led you to expect.
Keep personal information out
For a privacy question, email the address above rather than posting publicly. Start with a brief description. Do not include your actual date of birth, medical records, passwords, analytics identifiers or an unredacted screenshot unless they are necessary and we have agreed on a suitable way to provide them. Email is not a medical consultation or a specially secured submission system.
